About the Role:

We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Manager who can lead, plan, and execute marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in digital and offline marketing, proven leadership abilities, and the capability to independently manage high-level marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals Lead social media and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Manage branding, promotions, and creative direction Guide and coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies support sales targets Align marketing and sales activities for improved lead generation and conversions Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI on campaigns Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management review Handle creation of marketing materials including designs, videos, and content Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and business partners
Required Skills

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing Strong expertise in both digital marketing and brand management Proficiency in design coordination (knowledge of design tools a strong plus) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving approach Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for outcomes
Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Design, Media, or related field
