Job Summary:



We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead and manage the overall marketing and brand strategy of the institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing visibility, enhancing brand value, and driving admissions/enrollments through innovative and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement

comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals (e.g., admissions growth, brand awareness).

Lead and manage

the marketing team and external agencies to execute campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.

Plan and oversee

advertising and promotional activities, including social media, online ads, events, and publications.

Monitor and analyze

the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve ROI.

Coordinate

with the admissions team to support lead generation and student enrollment efforts.

Manage content creation

for the website, social media, brochures, videos, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships

with media houses, vendors, and event partners.

Supervise branding

and ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all platforms.

Conduct market research

to identify trends, competitor strategies, and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics). Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and CRM/marketing automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics effectively.

Preferred:



Experience in school or college marketing and admissions campaigns. Familiarity with EdTech tools, education fairs, and student outreach strategies. Knowledge of local language(s) and community-based marketing.
