Management Skills

Work as an effective collaborative team member of the Management Team.
Provide general support as needed to direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide meaningful development opportunities for the marketing staff.
Apply a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness.
An overall general knowledge of basic computer technology and its applications to marketing strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and other design tools a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be comfortable working under tight deadlines at times, with possibility for multiple interruptions.
Strong ability to multitask and follow up on several tasks within a short time period. Must be able to prioritize based on the top needs of the company. Consistently professional demeanor and work ethic; ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
