Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Conduct product demos via video calls or in-person meetings
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Work closely with the Sales Head to finalize pricing and close deals
Update and manage customer data, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM
Handle sales orders and ensure smooth customer onboarding
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Build long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling
