Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all social media platforms, content calendars, and posting strategies
Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team to ensure timely and high-quality output
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for internal branding and client projects
Manage paid advertising campaigns, performance tracking, and optimisation
Analyse marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
Coordinate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams for aligned execution
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles
Proven experience handling social media platforms and paid advertising
Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and campaign execution
Experience managing multiple projects and client accounts
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
