Floreat Building Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Marketing Manager

to lead and execute marketing activities for our building systems and steel structure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors Conduct market research and competitor analysis Coordinate with technical and project teams for proposals and presentations Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare marketing reports and maintain client data Travel to project sites and client locations as required

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / Any Graduation Marketing or sales experience in construction, steel, or building systems preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

Minimum

2+ years

experience in marketing or sales (preferred) Freshers with strong interest in marketing may also apply
