Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Marketing Manager

to promote our education/training programs, generate enquiries, and support student admissions through outdoor sales and field marketing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Sales

Conduct outdoor marketing and field sales activities to generate student enquiries Visit schools, colleges, companies, and public locations for promotional activities Execute campaigns such as roadshows, seminars, and education fairs

Admissions Support

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions Counsel prospective students about courses, fees, and career opportunities Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

Brand Promotion

Distribute promotional materials and create awareness about institute offerings Represent the organization professionally during marketing activities Build relationships with educational institutions and local partners

Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily/weekly marketing and field activity reports Coordinate with the centre head and admissions team to achieve targets Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline

Experience

1-3 years of experience in

outdoor sales / field marketing

Experience in

education or training institutes

will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and self-motivated approach Willingness to travel extensively for field work Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
