Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote safety courses, certifications, and training programs
Increase student enrollments through online and offline marketing campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, website promotions, and paid ads
Build and manage the institution's brand image and visibility in the education and safety training sector
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals
Identify new markets, corporate clients, and partnership opportunities
Organize seminars, workshops, safety awareness programs, and promotional events
Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
Requirements:
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
