Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy
Design and execute lead generation strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
Generate qualified leads through venue marketing, mall activations, events, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Ensure lead quality and conversion alignment with the sales team.
Team & Vendor Management
Recruit, train, and manage marketing executives, team leaders, and promoters.
Monitor daily productivity, walk-ins, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and conversion ratios.
Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and promoters to ensure performance standards.
Budget, MIS & ROI
Prepare and control the marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
Track CPL, CAC, footfall, and conversion metrics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present performance insights to management.
