Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google ads, lead generation)
Oversee branding, promotions, and advertising activities
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
Generate leads and improve conversion rates
Coordinate with sales, academics/operations, and external agencies
Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
Guide and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media, and lead generation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan campaigns and meet deadlines
Experience in education industry is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
Creative thinking with analytical skills
