About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead brand building, lead generation, and student outreach for organisation. The role involves strategizing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and school-based channels to drive awareness, enquiries, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans to support admissions and regional expansion.
Identify target student segments and design campaigns tailored to different classes, courses, and geographies.
Analyse competitor strategies and market trends to strengthen brand positioning.
2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation
Drive consistent lead flow through digital marketing, school tie-ups, offline campaigns, and events.
Build partnerships with schools for presentations, workshops, and outreach programs.
Monitor lead quality and conversion funnels in coordination with the sales team.
3. Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility
Oversee SEO, social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations, and content strategy.
Create compelling digital content--videos, testimonials, success stories, and faculty highlights.
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
4. Offline Marketing & Events
Plan and execute on-ground campaigns such as career fairs, parent seminars, roadshows, and student engagements.
Manage local advertisement channels--newspaper ads, outdoor media, flyers, radio, etc.
Ensure branding and promotional materials are deployed uniformly across centres.
5. Marketing Operations & Coordination
Work closely with Centre Heads to understand regional needs and adapt campaigns accordingly.
Coordinate with design, content, and vendors for timely execution of marketing deliverables.
Prepare budgets, monitor spends, and ensure cost-efficient marketing execution.
6. Data Tracking & Reporting
Track leads, conversions, campaign ROI, and centre-wise performance metrics.
Provide weekly and monthly dashboards to leadership.
Use insights to refine marketing tactics and improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of education sector marketing--school tuitions, NEET/JEE, or EdTech preferred.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and storytelling abilities.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with sales, academics, centres, and external partners.
Fluency in Malayalam (preferred/mandatory based on requirement).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or MBA preferred.
5-10 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a multi-centre or student focused organisation.
Compensation
Competitive CTC, commensurate with experience.
