Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, market research).

Client Engagement:

Meet with prospects and existing clients (virtually or in-person) to understand needs and present tailored solutions.

Sales Process Management:

Deliver compelling product/service demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Relationship Building:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track sales progress, and provide regular performance reports.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
