Job Role
A Marketing Manager at LJIO Bathware is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing dealer and distributor networks, achieving sales targets across assigned regions, and ensuring strong market presence for LJIO products. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, onboarding and supporting dealers, coordinating closely with the marketing team for promotions and exhibitions, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, and ensuring proper product availability and visibility at retail counters. The Sales Manager is also accountable for negotiating commercial terms, collecting market feedback, guiding the sales team, tracking performance against targets, and building long-term relationships with channel partners to strengthen brand trust and consistent sales growth.
Qualification
MBA is preferred; however, candidates with any graduate degree and proven experience in the bathware / sanitaryware / building materials industry are considered essential and will be given priority.
