Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies for laminated plastic pouch products
Promote products such as spice powder packaging, atta covers, and FMCG flexible packaging
Identify and onboard FMCG, food processing, spice, and flour manufacturing clients
Manage key accounts and distributor networks across South India
Conduct market research and competitor analysis (brands like Eastern, Elite, etc.)
Coordinate with production for order execution and timelines
Achieve sales targets and improve market penetration
Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports
Travel extensively to meet clients and expand business
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in flexible packaging / plastic packaging industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of laminated films, pouch types, and printing processes
Willingness to travel frequently and relocate if required
Result-oriented with strong client-handling abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
