Job Summary

The Marketing Manager at

Bodhi Academy

will focus on

offline marketing, admissions sales, student conversions, and revenue growth

. The role is responsible for planning local promotions, managing the admissions sales process, coordinating counsellors, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities1. Admissions Sales & Revenue Growth

Own

student admissions targets

across all courses (JEE, NEET, KEAM, Foundation, Crash Courses) Plan and execute

sales strategies

to improve walk-ins, enquiries, and conversions Supervise and guide

admission counsellors / sales team

Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios Handle high-value parent & student counselling when required
2. Offline Marketing & Promotions

Plan and manage

school tie-ups, seminars, workshops, and career guidance programs

Coordinate

education fairs, exhibitions, and campus promotions

Oversee

posters, banners, pamphlets, hoardings, and print materials

Execute seasonal admission campaigns (peak admission periods)
3. Institutional Partnerships

Build relationships with

schools, tuition centers, hostels, and education consultants

Explore referral programs and institutional tie-ups Coordinate alumni-based referral initiatives
4. Team Management & Coordination

Lead and manage the

admissions & marketing team

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Conduct training sessions for counsellors on pitch, objection handling, and follow-ups Coordinate with academic teams for course clarity and schedules
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track daily enquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and admissions Prepare admission performance and revenue reports Analyze trends and improve sales processes accordingly
Skills & Requirements

Strong experience in

education sales / admissions management

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Experience handling parents and students Leadership skills with the ability to drive teams toward targets Understanding of Kerala education ecosystem (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile

Previous experience in

coaching institutes / schools / colleges

Proven record of achieving

admission and revenue targets

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
