Lead and manage the
admissions & marketing team
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct training sessions for counsellors on pitch, objection handling, and follow-ups
Coordinate with academic teams for course clarity and schedules
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track daily enquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and admissions
Prepare admission performance and revenue reports
Analyze trends and improve sales processes accordingly
Skills & Requirements
Strong experience in
education sales / admissions management
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Experience handling parents and students
Leadership skills with the ability to drive teams toward targets
Understanding of Kerala education ecosystem (preferred)
