Job Responsibility
Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with organizational goals (volume growth, brand positioning, new service launches, geographic reach, etc.)
Service?launch marketing:
Digital marketing & online presence: website, SEO, social media, Google Business listing, online advertising, e?mail marketing, patient?care portals.
Offline marketing & community outreach: health?check camps, tie?ups with clinics/hospitals, corporate wellness tie?ups, local community events.
Referral network management: build and maintain relationships and marketing partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, other healthcare providers and diagnostic centres.
Brand & image management: ensure consistent brand messaging, maintain the reputation of Aswini as a high?quality, NABL?accredited diagnostic laboratory.
Collateral & promotional materials: brochures, flyers, signage, packaging of health?check packages, banners, digital assets.
Budgeting & tracking ROI: define budgets for campaigns, track metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, test volume growth, brand awareness metrics, cost per acquisition, etc.).
Market research & competitive intelligence:
Pricing & packaging input (in conjunction with operations/management) to ensure marketing?friendly packages.
Manage the public image of the laboratory: press releases, media liaison, CSR/community health?awareness programs.
Organize and oversee health?awareness events
Internal communications: ensure staff awareness of marketing promotions, brand guidelines, community initiatives.
Crisis communications: address any public?relation issues (e.g., service delays, feedback management, negative reviews) swiftly and professionally.
Customer feedback & reputation management: monitor online reviews, patient feedback (Aswini has many online reviews) and ensure appropriate responses, improvement initiatives.
