Job Summary

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, etc.). Create and oversee promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals. Manage company website and ensure up-to-date content, including case studies, blogs, and project showcases. Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and community outreach programs. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, vendors, and other marketing service providers. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Manage junior marketing staffs

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in marketing, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of solar products, technologies, and market trends is an advantage.
