We are seeking an experienced and creative

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives in the textiles and retail sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth in a competitive retail environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote textile and retail products Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, events, and in-store promotions. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities. Manage brand positioning, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales, design, and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights. Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers. Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused spending.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in marketing, preferably in the

textile, fashion, or retail industry

. Strong understanding of retail marketing, branding, and consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and campaign analytics. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with e-commerce marketing and retail promotions. Familiarity with textile industry trends and sustainable fashion. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
