MBA in Marketing / Food Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or Agri-product marketing.
Experience in handling B2B clients such as juice manufacturers, ice cream units, and similar industries preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for the South Zone.
Identify and expand business opportunities across key markets.
Coordinate with production plants for timely supply and quality assurance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and distributors.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Manage marketing campaigns, product promotions, and branding activities in the region.
Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Salary Range:
?40,000 - ?60,000 per month + Incentives
Target Suggestion:
?20-25 lakh sales per month
