Role Overview:



The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolments for AICDT by implementing effective marketing strategies, building relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions, and acting as an educational counsellor to guide students towards suitable courses. The role demands creativity, leadership, and strong communication skills to promote AICDT's programs and brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrolment. Counsel prospective students and parents on available courses, career opportunities, and institute benefits. Plan and conduct educational seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, and communities. Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns including social media, events, and print promotions. Build partnerships with schools, colleges, training centres, and career guidance forums. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and student needs. Maintain and update student enquiry database and follow-up for conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and student satisfaction. Represent AICDT at education fairs, career expos, and other promotional events. Prepare marketing reports and track performance of campaigns.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
