Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the entire marketing function. You will be accountable for strategy, execution, and performance across all major marketing channels, and play a central role in shaping Oppam's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Oversee paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media presence, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships. Strengthen Oppam's brand narrative and ensure consistent communication across all channels. Own key metrics such as CAC, retention, brand reach, and marketing-driven revenue. Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, ensuring high-quality execution and innovation. Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Collaborate with leadership, product, and operations to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. Proven success in managing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Strong background in both performance marketing and brand building. Analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize campaigns using data. Excellent communication, storytelling, and team leadership skills. Prior startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
