Job Description

Strategy & Planning:



Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with company goals. Identify target audiences and create plans for product/service marketing.

Campaign Management:



Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution. Manage and coordinate marketing efforts across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and events.

Market Research & Analysis:



Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities. Monitor and analyze marketing data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Budget Management:



Manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures align with strategy and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration & Communication:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure effective marketing efforts. Communicate marketing progress and results to management and stakeholders.

Brand Management:



Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Contribute to building and maintaining overall brand awareness and reputation.

Content & Digital Marketing:



Oversee the creation of marketing content across different channels. Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic channels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
