Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and achieve business objectives.
Plan, execute, and monitor
ATL campaigns
(advertising, branding, media promotions) and
BTL activities
(events, trade shows, dealer meets, customer engagement).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Manage brand positioning, corporate communication, and digital marketing initiatives.
Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing plans with revenue objectives.
Handle budgeting, vendor management, and ROI tracking for marketing campaigns.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry associations, and channel partners.
Requirements
Male candidate preferred.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Business Administration.
10+ years of marketing experience
with a strong background in the
steel industry
(mandatory).
Demonstrated expertise in both
strategic and operational marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and a diverse team.
Proven experience in handling brand-building initiatives and market expansion strategies.
