to lead our efforts in student admissions, business development, and brand strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing plans to increase enrollments and establish new partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading technical institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Enrollment:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract and convert prospective students. This includes managing digital campaigns, social media, and traditional advertising.

Admissions Team Development:

Support and train the admissions team to develop effective strategies for admission generation and provide ongoing support to help them achieve and exceed their targets.

Business Development & MOU:

Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration. This involves establishing MOUs with other colleges, universities, and industry partners to enhance our reputation and offerings.

Strategic Planning:

Create and implement a long-term marketing and business development strategy to position Core Institute of Technology as a leader in technical education.

Brand Management:

Uphold and strengthen the institute's brand identity across all marketing channels and communications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on the education sector. Strong understanding of admissions cycles and lead generation funnels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in business development and forging strategic partnerships (MOU). Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a data-driven approach. Based in or willing to relocate to Thrissur.
