About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead our brand's marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive footfall and sales, and strengthen customer loyalty--both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
strategic marketing plans
to meet business objectives.
Lead all
in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
.
Oversee
digital marketing initiatives
including social media, content, SEO, and performance marketing.
Collaborate with external creative and media agencies for campaign execution.
Work closely with the visual merchandising and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
Manage
vendor collaborations, influencer partnerships
, and customer engagement programs.
Analyze campaign performance and generate marketing reports with key insights.
Supervise marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused planning.
Plan and execute
CRM activities
and promotional offers to drive repeat footfall.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints--print, digital, and on-ground.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in marketing; retail/FMCG/fashion experience preferred.
Strong understanding of
digital platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads).
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
