Marketing Manager
to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or wellness marketing and possess a deep understanding of modern marketing tools and strategies, with a strong ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI and consistent brand messaging.
Brand Management
Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of promotional and informational content for both online and offline platforms.
Digital Marketing
Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, website management, and social media strategy.
Monitor online traffic and engagement metrics to optimize digital performance.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Use research insights to guide campaign targeting and product positioning.
Lead Generation
Design and implement lead-generation campaigns across various channels.
Work closely with the sales team to align lead-generation efforts with conversion goals.
Sales & Product Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, clinical, and product teams to support launches and promotions.
Provide sales enablement tools, brochures, and marketing collateral.
Events & Community Outreach
Plan and execute healthcare awareness campaigns, webinars, conferences, and local outreach events.
Build relationships with healthcare influencers and community stakeholders.
Content Management
Supervise content creation for blogs, newsletters, videos, and marketing materials.
Ensure accuracy, relevance, and regulatory compliance of all content.
Budgeting & Reporting
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights based on campaign analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness.
Experience in managing teams, vendors, and external marketing agencies is a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, Analytics, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards
Proficient in marketing automation platforms and content management systems
