We are looking for a highly motivated and creative
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing efforts in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing both
online and offline marketing strategies
to drive student acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to the education sector.
Plan and manage
offline marketing activities
such as school/college outreach programs, seminars, education fairs, and branding at partner institutions.
Oversee
digital marketing campaigns
including social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Collaborate with academic and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
Supervise the creation of marketing materials - brochures, banners, videos, and content.
Build strong community engagement through student events, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Hands-on experience in
offline marketing
and on-ground activation campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms).
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to travel for on-ground marketing events when required.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
