The Resort Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing efforts focused on promoting the resort brand, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the customer base. This role requires extensive travel and participation in tourism-related events across India.
Drive resort marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Travel extensively (approximately 75% of the role) to meet clients and attend major tourism expos.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers (constituting 80% of the responsibilities).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (approximately 20% of the responsibilities).
Represent the company in leading tourism expos such as TTM, OTM, and other major events across India.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Provide market insights and strategies to improve brand visibility and sales.
