Job Summary:

As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Ziga Automation, ensuring business growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will play a key role in strategic planning, project management, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop company operations, sales, marketing, and technical teams. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and expand market share. Oversee project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Foster a positive company culture that encourages high performance and collaboration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
