The Opportunity

  • Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Responsibilities may also include: building alliances with 3rd party sponsorships, coordinating with marketing agencies, content development, developing future solution led strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
  • Offer your unique perspective to drive innovative marketing campaigns that will help enhance the brand and establish Adobe as a key experience leader in the India Market
  • Is the SPOC for all solution led discussions across the market and will be the lead for all solution based campaigns being executed in close conjunction with the product marketing team
  • Will be responsible to deliver outcome based campaigns and report results based on insights and data
What you\'ll Do
  • Interact with Sales leaders & key stake holders in the Enterprise Patch to build a strategy plan for the year and each qtr.
  • Build go-to market strategy on demand generation for integrated marketing plan for the Enterprise segment across all solutions and segments
  • Drive the marketing plan, budget and lead contribution to business in close conjunction with the BDR engine
  • Own and work closely with the BDR team to drive pipeline metrics with focuson bookings and closures.
  • Plan and execute innovative and effective marketing programs to drive TOFU \xe2\x80\x93 BOFU with focus on closures and bookings
  • Interact directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization.
  • Report and analyze marketing programs, promotions, and overall business performances and provide insights to help grow the business. Monitor competitive trends in the channel for these competitors
  • Leverage all go-to-market channels including digital, Field events, Partner channels and 3rd Party Sponsorships
  • Drive processes and systems, monitor performance, and measure results for an efficient and effective Marketing function
  • Define the solutions led campaign strategy and monitor the execution of digital led events across
  • Drive discovery, research, and analysis to identify business objectives, goals, KPIs to help define use cases around digital & field marketing.
  • Synthesize market findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate for all levels of client leadership.
  • Aid building the Marketing practice by chipping in to create methodologies and contribute in cross training and mentoring team members.
  • Act as a coach for the sales to social program
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working in B2B marketing domain or related field with a strong business and strategy focus.
  • MBA in marketing with Experience handling large scale budgets ($100K+)
  • Experience in crafting digital or marketing strategies, along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed to operationalize them.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or competitive technologies, including a good grasp of the use cases they fulfill and the features & capabilities they provide to execute on those.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
  • Build strong working relationships and close collaboration with rest of Adobe Sales, Delivery & Partners teams maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
