Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in
civil construction
,
manpower supply
, and
security services
sectors.
Meet contractors, builders, government departments, and private clients to promote company services.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and pricing.
Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up on tenders, work orders, agreements, and client payments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Good knowledge of
civil construction work procedures
, materials, site operations, and billing basics.
Experience in
security services marketing
, manpower supply, deployment process, and compliance knowledge.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare marketing reports, client visit reports, and follow-up schedules.
Basic knowledge of government e-procurement portals and tender submission.
Qualification
Any Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Additional certification in civil or security operations is an advantage.
Salary
As per industry standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance
