Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in car showrooms, malls, corporate offices, and other high-footfall areas.
Generate qualified leads through on-ground marketing, events, and partner tie-ups.
Interact with potential customers to create interest in holiday memberships and vacation ownership programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with car showroom partners, event coordinators, and corporate clients for lead generation activities.
Support in designing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Handle marketing materials and ensure proper branding and display at all event locations.
Maintain and update lead databases and provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation performance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in timeshare or holiday membership marketing.
Proven track record in on-ground lead generation and event marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Outgoing personality with good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and execute marketing activities independently.
Good coordination and reporting abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the timeshare or hospitality industry.
Prior experience in car showroom promotional activities or BTL marketing is mandatory.
Experience working with sales teams for lead generation and conversions.
