Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets and brand awareness goals.
Manage and strengthen the school's brand identity across all communication platforms.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
Organize and promote admission drives, open houses, school fairs, and community outreach events.
Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, education consultants, and community organizations.
Analyze marketing performance and admission data to optimize campaigns and budgets.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Manage the school's online presence and respond to inquiries promptly.
Supervise external vendors, designers, and advertising agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
