Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Marketing & Sales Executive
to drive business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for design, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate qualified leads.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the design team.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and vendors.
Manage social media and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
Track sales performance and report progress to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably in interior design, real estate, or architecture).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition strategies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
