, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Identify new market opportunities and design campaigns to capture them
2. Brand Management
Enhance brand visibility through integrated marketing communications.
Ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, and event platforms.
3. Campaigns & Promotions
Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
Organize offline promotions such as events, exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorships.
4. Market Research & Analytics
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance through KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
5. Team & Vendor Management
Lead, train, and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental targets.
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors for marketing deliverables.
6. Budgeting & ROI
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Track ROI of campaigns and optimize cost-effectiveness
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools (CRM, analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms).
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Leadership and team management skills with a track record of mentoring and motivating teams.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel for events, campaigns, or client meetings.
Strong commitment to deadlines and result-oriented approach.
