We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building efforts, drive engagement across channels, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals
Identify target audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact
Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.)
Content & Communication
Oversee creation of compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data insights
Prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and lead generation
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, academic departments) and external vendors
Build strategic partnerships with media outlets and community organizations
Budget & Compliance
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Ensure all materials meet compliance and brand standards

Pay: ₹14,900.54 - ₹30,804.89 per month
