Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands?on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The person in this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, content, email, events, etc.) aligned with overall business objectives. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns end?to?end: from planning, budgeting, creative development, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Lead brand building efforts: positioning, messaging, visual identity, and ensuring consistency across all touch points. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth. Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and creative teams to ensure alignment of messaging, launch plans, and customer journeys. Define and track key marketing metrics / KPIs (e.g. lead generation, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, brand awareness, ROI). Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed (advertising, PR, event management). Plan and oversee marketing budget, ensuring spend is efficient and delivers maximum impact. Mentor, coach, and manage junior marketing staff (if role includes team leadership). Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, new technologies, and best practices; recommend and integrate tools/approaches to improve effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master's preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience (typically

5?8 years

) in marketing roles, with at least some experience in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences. Good analytical skills; ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend across channels. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, keep to timelines. Creative thinking, resourcefulness, and ability to work in a fast?paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
