Role: Manager - Marketing

Location:

Bengaluru (with frequent travel across Karnataka)

Language:

Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Center Operations & Expansion:

Regularly visit centers for support and quality control Assist in setting up new centers Identify potential properties for expansion

Marketing & Franchise Support:

Guide franchisees with marketing plans and local strategy Strengthen center-level marketing and visibility

Partnerships & Outreach:

Build strategic tie-ups with corporates, schools, consultants Drive leads and brand outreach across the region

Events & Brand Promotions:

Lead ATL campaigns Organize events such as

LMKC

Marathons

,

Walkathons

to promote the brand

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

? Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

?Experience in sales & marketing, preferably in education or service sector

?Ability to manage partners/franchisees & lead regional initiatives

?Willingness to travel extensively (5-7 days per trip)

?Self-driven, action-oriented, and results-focused

?

Local market knowledge & Kannada fluency
