Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing plots and land from developers who require promotion, as well as finding potential clients interested in buying these land parcels or plots. The role involves end-to-end management of the marketing and sales process, including client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and an understanding of the real estate market, particularly in land and plot sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with developers seeking promotion and marketing support for their land and plots.
Conduct market research to source available land and plot opportunities suitable for client acquisition.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers and investors for land and plots.
Generate and manage leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and events.
Engage and negotiate with potential clients to facilitate land/plot sales and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and clear title transfers.
Maintain a strong network of developers, investors, and buyers within the Bengaluru real estate market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to optimize marketing and sales approaches.
Prepare reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market developments for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales, particularly in land or plot promotion and transactions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with developers and clients.
Solid understanding of land acquisition, real estate marketing, and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
