Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with each store being over 10,000 sqft, and are going to continue to expand its presence across the country. Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika.

Treelight Design is amongst the leading Architecture & Interior Design firms in the country who`s projects range across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B and retail.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will primarily be focused on the Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing Operations, Traditional Marketing activations and PR Strategy for IDC. The role requires one to work across functions and be comfortable dealing with internal and external customers and should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting an overall brand strategy in relation to marketing and promotion and building a team for the future. She/he should be excited by entering into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating deals and outperforming the competition in her/his given space. Industry experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

She/He will not be limited to these brands and will be given the additional responsibility of any other brand the organization chooses to introduce.

She/he is also responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Marketing team in the organization. Reporting to the Corporate Business Head, she/he will work to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities of the organization are met.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and execute the marketing road map for all brands under IDC Global Pvt Ltd.

Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends and consumer preferences to support campaign creation.

Define brand-specific marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and long-term growth.

Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing and PR initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.

Own and manage digital marketing channels for each brand (e.g., website, blogs, email, and social media).

Onboard, manage, and collaborate with external partners such as advertising, research, digital marketing and PR agencies.

Create and oversee annual marketing plans and budgets, translating them into actionable milestones and measurable outcomes.

Develop and execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.

Drive in-store footfall and customer walk-ins through offline activations, partnerships and promotional strategies.

Plan and implement sales-driven campaigns to generate leads, enhance customer acquisition and support revenue growth.

Collaborate with product, design and sales teams to align marketing activities with launches, promotions and organizational priorities.

Enhance and manage brand presence across social media and other digital platforms.

Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and other gatherings to build visibility.

Monitor competitor activity, conduct brand mapping, and provide insights to inform strategy.

Gather and leverage customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and elevate customer experience.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing, sales and business excellence initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience as a senior marketing manager with expertise in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing.

Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Solid knowledge of marketing channels (digital, social, print, events, PR) and hands-on experience in campaign execution and budget management.

Strong creative, strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to present, influence, and build strong relationships internally and externally.

Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with willingness to travel across locations for business needs.

The role will require the candidate to travel to all the locations where the company has retail presence and to other locations of opportunity for the company to expand its business interests.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
