The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to increase school visibility, enhance brand image, and drive student admissions in line with the institution's growth objectives. The role involves digital and offline campaigns, event planning, stakeholder engagement, and market research specific to the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Branding
Develop and execute annual marketing plans in alignment with admission targets and brand guidelines.
Position the school as a preferred choice among CBSE schools in the region.
Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
2. Admissions Marketing
Drive student enrollment through lead generation campaigns, admission events, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure high lead conversion.
Monitor local competition and market trends to create effective enrollment strategies.
3. Events & Outreach
Organize open houses, school fairs, parent orientations, and other promotional events.
Build partnerships with pre-schools, residential communities, and local organizations for referrals.
Represent the school in education fairs and community engagement events.
4. Offline Marketing & Collaterals
Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of brochures, banners, hoardings, and flyers.
Monitor the effectiveness of print and outdoor advertising.
Identify opportunities for local press coverage and media partnerships.
5. Communication & Public Relations
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders including parents, students, and media.
Draft press releases, newsletters, and announcements.
Handle crisis communication when required.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
Track campaign performance and generate monthly reports with KPIs (lead count, cost per lead, conversion rates, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

Familiarity with school operations and admission cycles is a plus
