Conduct daily field visits to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build a strong client pipeline across industries including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, etc.
Meet prospective clients to understand their shipping/logistics needs and propose suitable freight forwarding solutions (Air, Sea, Land).
Deliver customized sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Import & Export Marketing:
Develop and execute strategies to promote import and export freight forwarding services in target markets.
Educate clients on customs requirements, shipping documentation, and compliance for various countries.
Collaborate with overseas agents and network partners to support international business development.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and resolve service issues promptly.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems.
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, client behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing plans.
Identify new verticals or regions for business expansion.
