The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email
Manage SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and lead generation efforts
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage and mentor marketing team members
Coordinate public relations and media outreach
Maintain and optimize the marketing budget
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles
Experience in consttustion or architectural marketing field.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Creative mindset with analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred languages- English,Hindi,kannada,Tamil,Malayalam,Telugu
