Designation: Manager Marketing - Bengaluru (Base Location)

Territories - Bangalore, Bagalkot, Gadag, Davangere, Shivamogaa and Mysore

Roles and Responsibilities:

Center Operations & Expansion

: Conduct regular center visits, support new setups, and identify properties for expansion.

Marketing & Franchise Support

: Provide marketing guidance and plans to centers and franchisees.

Partnerships & Outreach

: Build tie-ups with schools, corporates, and consultants to drive lead generation.

Events & Brand Promotion

: Plan ATL campaigns and execute city-wide events like LMKC, Marathons, and Walkathons to boost brand visibility.

Desired Qualifications:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

with a service-oriented attitude.

Sales and marketing expertise

, with a proven ability to manage channel or business partners.

Willingness to travel extensively

(5-7 days per trip), with local market knowledge as a plus.
