Role Overview





We are looking for a

strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager

to lead integrated marketing efforts that increase brand awareness, support business development, and position Zap com as a leader in digital product innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product delivery, and leadership to design and execute campaigns across multiple geographies and verticals.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Planning





Develop and execute Zapcom's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and industry positioning. Craft messaging and positioning tailored to target verticals (e.g., travel tech, hospitality, Fin-tech). Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing calendars, budgets, and KPIs.

Digital & Content Marketing





Oversee the creation and distribution of content across the web, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies, and whitepapers. Own and optimize SEO/SEM, website traffic, and lead generation efforts. Manage marketing automation tools and email campaign performance.

Branding & Thought Leadership





Build Zapcom's brand presence through thought leadership, webinars, industry reports, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal SMEs and design teams to create high-impact visual and written assets.

Sales & GTM Support





Partner with sales and leadership to support go-to-market (GTM) efforts, including pitch decks, collateral, and client stories. Coordinate with the pre-sales and product teams to ensure marketing materials reflect current capabilities and case studies. Define and optimize the lead qualification process, including tracking and reporting on MQLs and SQLs to align marketing and sales outcomes. Support demand generation initiatives that convert top-of-funnel interest into qualified opportunities.

Events & Partnerships





Plan and execute participation in industry conferences, client workshops, and hosted events. Identify co-marketing opportunities with partners and clients.

Analytics & Reporting





Track performance metrics across campaigns, channels, and initiatives. Present monthly reports to leadership with insights and optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications





5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech services, product engineering, or SaaS environment. Proven ability to build and scale marketing programs in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setup. Strong content development, storytelling, and digital marketing capabilities. Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of tech domains like travel, Fin tech, or enterprise software is a plus.

Nice to Have





Experience working with a global client base or marketing for an IT services company. Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, or community building. Prior experience in supporting RFPs, proposals, or GTM presentations.
