Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Marketing Head / Sales Manager

with proven experience in the

jewellery industry

to lead marketing initiatives, manage sales operations, and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will bring creative strategies, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to enhance our brand visibility and increase sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets. Manage promotional campaigns, events, and local marketing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Oversee showroom sales performance and customer experience. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online branding and campaigns. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Train and motivate the sales team to ensure excellent service and productivity. Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing ROI.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in jewellery sales or marketing (mandatory).

Industry:

Jewellery or luxury retail only. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and brand promotion. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects. Creative mindset with strong business acumen.
