Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence across various channels. Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and drive growth. 2. Operations Management: Manage day-to-day marketing operations of 3 stores and Franchisees to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. 3. Online and Offline Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising. Design and oversee offline campaigns such as events, trade shows, and ATL advertising (TV, radio, print). 4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the brand's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, track analytics, and optimize social media performance. 5. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop creative marketing materials in collaboration with design teams. 6. Budget Management: Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution. Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of campaigns. 7. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. Key Requirements: 1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.). 2. Strong understanding of ATL and BTL, offline marketing techniques. 3. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
