Responsible for leading the marketing and branding strategy for the jewelry business. Focus on increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and boosting sales through digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote product categories including gold and diamond jewelry.
Build and maintain a strong brand identity in local and international markets.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Plan influencer collaborations, content marketing, and online advertising.
Work closely with the creative team for photoshoots, reels, product videos, and website content.
Drive e-commerce performance through SEO, SEM, and online promotions.
Retail & B2B Marketing
Support jewelry exhibitions, trade shows, and trunk events.
Build marketing strategies for retail showrooms and B2B clients.
Create promotional campaigns, festive offers, and product launch plans.
Product Promotion & Communication
Develop marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, digital ads, and packaging.
Coordinate product launches with design and sales teams.
Write engaging product descriptions and supervise visual merchandising guidelines.
Customer Engagement & CRM
Develop loyalty programs, customer referral programs, and WhatsApp marketing.
Enhance customer experience and ensure repeat business.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.
Prepare marketing performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, retail, or lifestyle industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, creativity, and branding skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Understanding of jewelry categories, diamonds, and certifications is an added advantage.
