As the Marketing Manager at Royal York Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts, from strategic planning to execution and performance analysis. With a minimum of 7 years of experience and a proven track record of team management, you will lead a talented team of professionals, including PR coordinators, content creators, SEO specialists, brand awareness coordinators, and graphic designers, to achieve our marketing objectives and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company\'s objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development and maximize their performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- PR and Media Relations: Oversee PR coordinators in developing and executing PR campaigns, managing media relationships, and securing press coverage to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Content Strategy: Work with content creators to develop compelling and engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and advertising, to attract and engage our target audience.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize website content, implement SEO best practices, and drive organic traffic and rankings for key search terms.
- Brand Awareness: Lead brand awareness coordinators in developing and executing strategies to enhance brand recognition and visibility in target markets through various channels and touchpoints.
- Graphic Design: Manage graphic designers in creating visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data insights to measure ROI, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform future strategies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus.
