Marketing Manager Intern

to assist in managing our agency's operations, collaborate with clients and team members, and work closely with the founder. This internship is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and agency management.

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Help manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the founder.

Team Coordination:

Assist in coordinating with designers, ad specialists, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients for updates, feedback, and follow-ups under the guidance of the founder.

Project Management:

Support in overseeing campaigns and projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.

Performance Analysis:

Help prepare reports on campaign performance and other agency activities.

Learning & Development:

Participate in training sessions to learn about digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

Problem-Solving:

Assist in addressing operational challenges with creative solutions.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Basic familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing and management. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate). Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (a plus but not required). Prior internship or part-time experience in administration or marketing (an advantage).

Training & Support:

Hands-on training in digital marketing, campaign management, and client communication. Mentorship and guidance directly from the founder and experienced team members.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
